What to do with Raspberries?

Don't try to fight the summer heat with swamp coolers and ice packs. Pick some fresh Raspberries and make a Belgian Ale.

A quick Raspberry saison.

4 lb of pilsner DME 1 lb of wheat DME or 8lbs of pilsner malt and 2 of wheat malt

.5 lb carafoam

1 lb of honey (we also have that local)

6 aau bittering hops

6 lb raspberries

Your favorite Saison Yeast

Framboise  For the less faint of heart.   

1 lb wheat dme and 3 lb ex light dme 1 lb pilsner or 2 lb wheat and 7 lb Belgian pilsner

1lb flaked wheat

4aau of hops to bitter (aged? So if you have questionable hops great!)

9 lb raspberries

1762 abbey II and lacto, gives you a shorter aging time

 or

3278 and brave the brett
