CBW stands for Concentrated Brewers Wort, which is exactly what these brewer's grade, pure liquid malt extracts are—concentrates of brewers wort.  They're made in the USA and are the freshest malt extracts available.  The 30 pound mini-pails are packaged in a food grade plastic bucket with pour spout.

Traditional Dark CBW® lends sweet and intense malty flavor to beer and is made from 55% Briess Munich Malt, 30% Briess 2 Row Base Malt, 13% Briess 60L Caramel Malt, and 3% Briess Black Malt.

Use Traditional Dark CBW® for very rich, flavored beers such as Red and Amber ales and lagers, Oktoberfest, Bock beer, Doppelbock, brown ales, porter and stouts.
