Use our dried elderberries to make Elderberry wine or to add a great flavor addition to a homebrewed beer or grape wine.  They can also be used to produce a syrup that is easily added to any food or beverage. These dried, whole elderberries have a concentrated flavor and a long shelf life.

Approximately 4 ounces of dried Elderberries will make one gallon of Elderberry wine.
