Designed for single-step infusion mashing of all types of ales, but classic in pale ales, bitters and IPAs. Like single-malt Scotch!

Not well suited to mashing adjuncts. Diastatic power about 60 Lintner. Protein rest not necessary. Use up to 100% of batch.
Color: 2.3 - 4 deg Lovibond.
Adds about .0075/lb/5gal to gravity
Instructions:
Use a single-step infusion mash of about 45 minutes-1 hour at 149-158 degF, depending on amount of dextrins desired. Use with Fuggles, Goldings or other English hops and English crystal in pale ale.
