An all-natural, pasteurized fruit flavoring for making fruit beers, meads and for adding extra flavor to fruit wines. Especially good in wheat beers and stouts.
Instructions:
May be added to beer anytime between boil and bottling. Later addition makes for more 'up front' fruitiness; early addition for more 'mellow' character. Use 2-4oz per 5 gallon batch. Use at bottling time to give wines a more distinct fruit flavor.
