This high alpha bittering hop is a relatively new variety and a good substitution for Galena and Nugget. Use in American IPA's, Barley Wines, etc.

Reseal any unused portion in oxygen barrier bag and freeze or refrigerate. Add directly to boil and allow to settle in fermenter, or use with EHPBB disposable hop boiling bags or EHPBN nylon hop bag.
