    If you plan to "back sweeten" your wine to bring out the fruitiness of the grape or fruit, you need to use this in your stabilization process. Always use fresh, this item does have a shelf life. It easily dissolves. Don't be afraid to use this, it is found in ketchup & sweet pickle relish.
