A relatively recent variety, released in 2000. Simcoe is a unique American hybrid hop, known for bittering but with a pleasant pine-like aroma, perfect for American style pale ales. Low co-humulone content for increased stability, less harsh hop bitterness.

Instructions:
Reseal any unused portion in oxygen barrier bag and freeze or refrigerate. Add directly to boil and allow to settle in fermenter, or use with EHPBB disposable hop boiling bags or EHPBN nylon hop bag.
