More for your customer service than the product

The product works fine, thank you. However, when I asked for flat rate shipping you accommodated me which I was very grateful for. Brought my expense down by $30. The handwritten note of "cheers!" on the invoice made my day. Thank you for making me a believer in customer service again! Thank you!
