Product Description

Use to add delightful floral aromatics and flavor to finished wines- especially good in German whites. To make Elderflower wine (1gal), use one oz elderflowers, 24 oz white grape concentrate, 1/2 lb cane sugar, 2 tsp acid blend, 1 tsp yeast energizer and water. Use water to top up to one gallon. Add 1 pkg Pasteur Champagne or Premier Cuvee yeast.

Additional Information:
May also be used to make tea. Steep 1tsp elderflowers in one cup for 10 minutes.
