Reliable Sanitation

I have been using Star-San as my only sanitation/cleaning agent for years, ever since I first discovered its existence. I have never had any ill effects from contamination of any sort. The fact that it is not necessary to rinse, without spoiling any flavors, makes it that much easier and less time consuming.
