Hopunion's Hop Breeding Program is proud to present a new hop variety, Mosaic® HBC 369. As a daughter of Simcoe® YCR14, Mosaic offers a rich line of hop heritage including F-10 Tomahawk and Nugget. It features relatively high alpha acids and low cohumulone contents and displays an array of enticing aromas that transfer nicely into the finished product.

Used in a 5 gal single hop IPA with 3 oz late hops and 2 oz dry.
Provided a range of flavors, the most notable being tropical fruits and dank piney notes. Delicious on its own, but could be boosted by something citrussy (maybe Amarillo, C-hops). Does give off a hint of garlic that could be off putting (men are apparently more perceptive of this than women).
