Kit consists of complete directions and Koji enzyme for making up to 22 liters of 14-18% sake. Additional ingredients required: wine yeast, 4.2 lb medium grain rice and citric acid (approx 1/4 oz). Sufficient for 22 liters of sake; ready to drink in 2 weeks.
