Promotes rapid clearing of beer, wine, mead and cider. DO NOT USE on red grape wine, particularly from wines made from "hot pressed" juices as color may fade significantly.
Instructions for use: Allow fermentation to complete. FOR WINE and MEAD: Use after wine has cleared well on its own (usually after 2 rackings). Use 1 teaspoon sparkolloid per gallon of wine. Dissolve the sparkollid in appox. 3/4 cup very hot (near boiling) water. DO NOT BOIL the sparkolloid directly. Cool somewhat, add to wine and stir gently. Allow to settle for 72 hours. FOR BEER and CIDER: Use when racking beer or cider to secondary. Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of beer or cider. Follow directions for wine above.
