Product Description
Sweetens wine. Reduces aging. Add 1-4 oz per gallon OR to taste. Prevents renewed fermentation.
Additional Information:
Contains sucrose and sorbic acid. Our wine conditioner is packaged at 76 brix. 2 oz per Imperial gallon (12 ml per litre) yields 200 PPM of sorbate in the finished wine.
