To make Elderflower wine (1gal), use one oz elderflowers, 24 oz white grape concentrate, 1/2 lb cane sugar, 2 tsp acid blend, 1 tsp yeast energizer and water. Use water to top up to one gallon. Add 1 pkg Pasteur Champagne or Premier Cuvee yeast.
