One of the latest additions to our line, from Marcus Palmisano's 2015 1st place Award Winner in WNY's Amber Waves of Grain competition.  This farmhouse ale is pale in color, but not in flavor!  It has unique spicy and fruity aromatics and flavors from the hops, malt and special Saison yeast.  Especially nice to have on a hot summer day-- but some of us enjoy a good Saison year round!  This Saison kit comes packed with dried malt extract and honey for the fermentables as well as 3 malted grains, along with Saaz and Sterling hops for more spicy notes.

ABV:  6.0-6.5 %
