Our own AWARD WINNING recipe from our entry in the New York State Fair! This unique and special wheat beer in the Belgian style (also known as "white beer" or "witbier") is generously spiced with coriander, orange peel and paradise seeds for a fruity, citrusy and spicy aroma and flavor. Pale gold with a rocky white head, the beer is deliberately hazy from the addition of unmalted grains and wheat malt extract. The fruity flavors are enhanced by the addition of two types of Continental European hops. A refreshing drink that has a little extra kick from the addition of Belgian candi sugar.
