Product Description

Use to smooth 'harsh' flavors in wines and liqueurs.  Especially helpful in making high acid wines more palatable.  Adds body and "legs" without adding sweetness.

Instructions:
Use 1-2 oz per gallon of wine; 1-2 oz per quart of liqueur.
