A derivative of Fuggle, slightly sweeter, giving a softer bitterness in beers of all types. Slightly resiny and spicy with assertive mild-ripe fruit. Slightly higher alpha content makes it a good choice (value) for a beer recipe calling for aroma hops for all the bittering element. Used in Caledonian Brewing's Golden Promise Ale, Hobson's Best Bitter, Mansfield Bitter AND Buffalo's own Pearl Street Grill & Brewery's Lake Effect Pale Ale. Widely used in cask real ales.

Instructions:
Reseal any unused portion in oxygen barrier bag and freeze or refrigerate. Add directly to boil and allow to settle in fermenter, or use with EHPBB disposable hop boiling bags or EHPBN nylon hop bag.
