Product Description

Similar to Belgian Biscuit malt.  CaraAmber malt will promote fullness and mouthfeel,  contribute a full red color, and lend notes of toffee, caramel and bread.

Color: 25-30 L

Recommended usage: Max % of batch: 20% Adds about .006/lb/5gal to gravity.

Add crushed grain to mash of all-grain beer, or use "tea bag" method with extract recipes-- add grains to cold water at beginning, heat to approx 155 deg, hold for 20 minutes then strain out before boiling.
