Our New England IPA kit was developed after several trials and we think we've nailed it.  It's light bodied with full mouth feel and delivers an explosion of tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Low bittering hops, wheat malt and oats give this new style of hazy IPA its unique flavor. Finishing with cryo-hops, this recipe will keep its fresh hop flavor longer than traditional dry-hopped New England IPA's.  Makes 5 gallons.  Instructions include directions for a 2 gallon boil up to a full boil.
