By popular demand, we added this hoppy American IPA to our popular line of ingredient kits in celebration of Niagara Tradition's over 20 years in business in 2012.  This kit includes leaf hops for dry hopping and a unique combination of specialty malts that sets it apart from others. IBUs: 98- a little over the top, but is that really a problem?  Makes 5 gallons.
