Our Dunkel Weizen Kit is a dark, hoppier cousin of our Weizen Beer. A blend of Weyermann Chocolate Wheat malt and caramel malt adds mellow roast flavor, deep color and enhances malt aromas. Medium, light body and moderate strength make this a beer to consume year round.

Smoooth! Dark beer!

I bought this kit a couple of years back and made it per instructions.
The beer came out wonderfully!
2 months later after botteling it was a little piece of heaven.
When I moved I had a half of case of pounders that got hidden in my work shop. FIVE years later I found them when cleaning out my cupboards in my workshop. I was a little nervous. But OH MY GOD! It is probably one of the most flavorable beers I have had! I can't wait to make it again!!!
