This partial mash recipe Roggenbier is from an award winning recipe by our long-time customer, brewing educator and Best of Show Winner, the Reverend Erv Brese. It's delicious. The gold medal winer in WNY's Amber Waves of Grain homebrew competition is light copper in color with a thick rocky head, grainy, bready flavor with notes of banana and clove, and round full-bodied mouthfeel.
