Our easy brewing and easy drinking American Cream Ale Kit is a great beer for the summer and great to have on tap for a party. It's brewed with an ale yeast strain that finishes dry to give the beer a lager character.  Our kit comes with the palest of malts and domestic hops to produce a light, refreshing beer with a crisp, clean finish.
