The recipe for this kit was formulated by award winning homebrewer and now professional brewer, Paul Jackson, a member of Buffalo's longest standing homebrewing club, the Sultans of Swig. This Northwest Style American Amber Ale is nice and hoppy- one of Paul's trademarks. It's packed with English dried malt extracts, some crystal malt and high alpha NW American hops to produce an amber ale with malty sweetness backed up by firm hop bitterness, and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Makes 5 gallons.
