Our American Bock get is a throw back to an earlier brewing era and is a difficult beer to categorize.  It's medium brown in color with a solid hop/ malt balance, mellow roast flavor from the addition of toasted malt, dry crisp finish from the lager yeast and very smooth to drink. This beer ages well to produce a very satisfying crowd pleaser.
